Simulation allows optimizing design, set-up and also material selection before manufacturing. Our advanced simulations tools are able to consider RF, current, thermal and material influences on the performance of the interfaces.
Characterization analyzes the performance in a physical test set-up. Results allow gaining insights in the lifespan and cleaning cycles of the contactors before they are deployed in real production environment.
Real Live Test examines the interfaces in a typical test cell configuration with a test handler. This method focusses on thermal issues, positioning accuracy and contact force management.
