The Multitest MT2168 features a unique material flow, which fully supports the state-of-the-art tester capabilities in terms of test time and parallelism. The MT2168 is based on an innovative material flow concept with a reduced number of handling steps. This concept makes the material flow faster, more reliable and additionally offers an outstanding soak capacity. Transportation speed and soak capacity directly influence the utilization of the tester, particularly for short test times or high parallel test. With the MT2168 the waiting time of the ATE is minimized and this way the overall throughput of the test cell optimized.
